For this reason, registration of domain names is served by the "first come first served" principle. The the registered domain name or names are not subject to the refund. Therefore, the registration of domain names or transfer is not subject to refund.
Invoice: After you have purchased the product return process, if the invoice is sent to you by mail, the original invoice must be sent to Alpay Bilişim Limited Şirketi.
Costs: All costs for return procedures will be deducted from the refund amount.
Length: Refund request must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Procedure / Method: Refund processing must be communicated in writing.
